Returns + Product FAQ

With the exception of our outdoor-grade vinyl stickers—which are produced and shipped direct by the INTC team—every piece of It's Not the Car merch is fulfilled by a third-party merchandising company called Fourthwall. Fourthwall processes all of INTC's orders; accepts payment; subcontracts for production; ships all of our product; and handles refunds, returns, and all product-related customer service.

Fourthwall is one of the best at what they do, and we've been very happy with their service and quality, but we're all human, and slip-ups do happen.

We want to ensure that you love our products, and their quality is guaranteed. All fulfillment and customer service is handled by Fourthwall—in the event of printing errors or visible quality issues, we will, through them, replace the product or refund your money. 

In the event of quality issues, please provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. Include those photos in your email to Fourthwall customer service at contact@support.itsnotthecar.com. This quick and simple step will help produce a speedy resolution.

Because INTC products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept general returns or sizing-related returns.

Cancellations

Cancelling Product Orders

With the exception of our outdoor-grade vinyl stickers, all INTC products are made to order. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please use the link provided in your confirmation email. You can edit your order at any time before it goes to production.

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement or resolution, depending on the situation. After you’ve received your order, you have 30 days to address any quality issues. 

Cancelling Donations and Tips

Please note that donations and tips are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout for donations or tips, we cannot cancel or refund it. 


Refund Policies

Product Orders Cancellation Policy

Because products are made to order, we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges for orders except in the event of quality issues. Orders are non-refundable unless the product can be proven to not meet Fourthwall's standards for quality and production. Refunds will be issued contingent on the product meeting those requirements and your supporting your claim with a photograph demonstrating the quality issue. 

PayPal: Credit for any refunds processed will appear in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Credit for any refunds processed via your credit or debit card will appear in the attached account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips. 

Locked Messages Refund Policy

Locked messages are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your locked message. If you have issues accessing the locked message after payment, please contact us at contact@support.itsnotthecar.com. We’ll be happy to troubleshoot the problem and find a resolution.

Payment

We accept payments via credit or debit card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Depending on your location, we also accept Klarna/AfterPay and certain local payment methods. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges.

Those charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If any such fees are imposed on your shipment during its delivery to or in your home country, you are responsible for their payment.
